Only available for 2 hr charters between 10 am – 3 pm
Restricted to max 20 guests
No BYO – drink & food package must be purchased
No alcohol to be consumed before boarding for charter – or charter will be terminated
Security bond of $500 + boat charter & food & drinks package fees to be paid 1 week before charter. Security bond + food & drinks package fees will not be refunded if any set charter conditions or boat rules are breached and charter is terminated by Captain.
Drinks will not be served whilst in the RSAYS marina area.
Drink tickets will be supplied to passengers when boarding vessel & eskies can only be accessed by our crew.
Ship’s captain reserves the right to refuse bookings for all male events.
No strippers or topless waitresses
Solomon Ophir is a licenced venue & all South Australian liquor licencing laws must be obeyed when on-board vessel and with-in the RSAYS grounds.
